Colorado Fondue is like other fondue restaurants in that certain foods are cooked within a hot broth with several dipping sauces served to dip your meats and vegetables in. What separates Colorado Fondue from other restaurants is their 700 degree hot rock that your meats and seafood are used to cook on. You can select from different combinations of steaks, seafood (Mahi), chicken, shrimp, pork, and scallops including the filet mignon. A treat are the mushrooms to cook on the hot rock with a fresh dill sauce inside.
Appetizers and Desserts
For appetizers, there are several different kinds of melted cheeses to select from to dip bread, apples, and grapes in. For dessert, there are several chocolate selections that might include caramel, kahlua, irish crème, white chocolate or oreo cookies.
