
Since 2008, the Winter Park Institute at Rollins College has brought in well-known and intellectual speakers to the campus to engage students, alumni, and the community through public lectures, readings, symposiums, seminars, master classes, interviews, and special-interest sessions that are all free and open to the public.
Winter Park Institute Guest Speakers
Past speakers have included Oliver Stone; Jane Goodall; Robert F Kennedy, Jr; Paul Simon; Jeb Bush; Jane Pauley; and Edward James Olmos. The Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 schedule is highlighted by American philanthropist Leymah Gbowee, philosopher Martha C. Nussbaum, and Sean Baker, director of The Florida Project.
