Halloween Horror Nights stands alone as the biggest Halloween event for the older kids. Universal doesn’t recommend the event for kids under the age of 13 but 16 and older may be a more appropriate age. The event can be pretty intense as the entire Universal Orlando theme park is turned over to chainsaw wielding freaks, ghouls, and goblins. If you do go to the event, be sure to arrive just as the park is opening and hit as many haunted houses right away as you can. You can normally get through 2 to 3 before the hour long waits start to occur.
