The 62nd annual Easter Egg Hunt hosted by the city of Winter Park is set for Saturday, March 26th. Children up to 10-years-old are invited to line-up at 9:30 am at Central Park. Promptly at 10:00 am the Easter Bunny himself, gives the signal to start the hunt.

More than 10,000 eggs are placed throughout the park, with search times separated by age, to ensure each child leaves with eggs in hand.

Having participated in a past years event, the one advice I can give is that you need to be quick with picking up the eggs as they go very quickly and all eggs will picked up within the first couple of minutes in the hunt. For the kids that are not able to get an egg, there will be a table where children can pick up candy. This is a very popular event that has a large crowd and is a really great way to celebrate the Easter weekend.
